1. Delivery Charges
- From seller to seller, the delivery charges for an item vary.
- For low-value items, sellers incur high delivery charges. A nominal delivery charge in such cases helps them balance the logistic costs.
- To understand the delivery charges for individual products, check your order summary.
- For every order, you will be charged ₹80 as delivery charge for the product listed on Grotich Shop. Our maximum delivery charge is ₹240.
2. Delivery Time
- A customer can see the estimated delivery date of the order on the product’s page/my order section.
- Generally, the estimated delivery date of an order is up to 14 business days from the day you place the order, excluding public holidays and Sundays, but in some cases, it may vary.
3. Factors in Which Estimated Delivery Time Depends:
- Product’s availability with the seller.
- Distance between the location of the seller and the shipping/delivery address.
- Product offering by the seller.
4. No-Hidden Cost
- There are no hidden charges on purchases from Grotich Shop. The listed prices are all-inclusive and final. You need to pay the price you see on the product page.
- Delivery charges are not hidden charges and depend on the policy of the seller.
- Delivery charges may vary for each seller due to factors such as geographic location, availability of the product, shipping destination, and delivery times of courier partners.
- To know more accurate delivery time, you need to enter your PIN code on the product’s page.
5. Shipping Restricted Area
- Our serviceability can be checked by entering the PIN code on the product’s page.
- Service availability depends on the following factors:
- Shipping service provided by the seller to your location.
- If there is any legal restriction for a particular order in your location.
- Courier partner’s availability in your location.
- Sometimes, at the seller’s discretion, they may prefer not to ship to certain locations.
6. Methods of Payments
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- UPI payments
- Debit/Credit card payments
7. COD Availability
- COD availability depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash payments at the time of delivery.
8. Return of a Product
- You can easily return a product if we delivered a wrong item, defective item, or missing item. To initiate a return, contact us. After initiating a return, you will receive a call explaining the process.
9. Confirmation SMS/Email
- After placing and receiving an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS regarding order placement and product delivery.
10. Terms Related To Order
- In Stock: Depending on the PIN code of your location, the seller will mention the delivery time for an item listed as ‘In stock’.
- Available: An item might not be in stock, but the seller can procure it when an order is placed for the item.
- Pre-order: Items that are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked.
- Out-of-stock: Items that are currently not available for sale.
- Imported: Items sourced by the sellers from outside of India.
- Temporarily Unavailable: Currently, the product is out of stock and not available for purchase.
- Permanently Discontinued: The product is no longer available as its production has been discontinued and/or it is outdated.
