Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- If any delivered product falls under damaged product, wrong product, mismatched size for apparels, part missing, or similar issues, it is eligible for return and replacement.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order at any time before delivery.
- If you cancel an order after shipping and before delivery, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Some products that are custom-ordered may not be cancellable.
- Cancellation-related information will be displayed at the time of checkout.
- You will also receive cancellation details at the product level.
3. Return Procedure
- If you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or wrong product, you can return it by following a simple process. The return policy is applicable for 21 days from the receiving date.
- First, go to the page from where you placed the order and click on the return option.
- Mention the reason for the return of your order in the required field. To justify your reason, you need to upload an image of the received product.
- Based on your requirement, choose between the exchange and refund options.
- Click on the submit option to submit your return request.
- Once the returned item is verified, your refund amount will be processed and credited within 3-4 days to the original source of payment.
- Once your return request is approved, our delivery person will reach out to you and pick up the item.
